Steven Minsky
Mr. Minsky is an American businessman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist who is the CEO and founder of LogicManager, Inc. the leading provider of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) software solutions for corporations. LogicManager, founded in 2005, is based in Boston, Massachusetts and is listed as a top vendor in ERM and eGRC software by Forrester Research, a recognized Best Places to Work company by Boston Business Journal, named One of 50 Most Valuable Tech Companies, and a GRC Value Award recipient for Risk Management. Steven is the author of the RIMS Risk Maturity Model for ERM, the RIMS State of ERM Report among many other papers, and a RIMS Fellow (RF) instructor on ERM conducting risk management training for hundreds of organizations around the globe. Steven is a patent author of process management technology and holds MBA and MA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and The Joseph H. Lauder Institute of International Management.
Ms. Mary Gormley
Ms. Gormley is the Superintendent of the Milton Public Schools since 2008 serving approximately 3,900 students in four elementary schools, one middle school and one high school.. Ms. Gormley earned a Bachelors Degree in English from Emmanuel College, a Masters Degree in Education from Boston College, and is a graduate of Boston College’s Professional School Administrator Program (PSAP). Ms. Gormley was an Elementary Classroom teacher at the Glover Elementary School for 15 years prior to serving as the Principal of the Cunningham Elementary School for 10 years. In 1997, Ms. Gormley was appointed to the position of Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Personnel and named Superintendent of Schools in 2008. Milton Public School system serves approximately 3,900 students in four elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. In addition, Milton offers a developmental preschool, before and after school programs and summer school programs.
Drew Coman, Ph.D.
Dr. Coman is a Licensed Child Clinical Psychologist, Director of Psychological and Educational Assessment Group, Inc. (CPEAG, Inc.), Assistant in Psychology, Department of Psychiatry, Learning & Emotional Assessment Program (LEAP), Massachusetts General Hospital and Instructor at Harvard Medical School. Mr. Coman received his graduate and undergraduate degree with at the University of Miami (UM) in Child Clinical Psychology. Dr. Coman currently specializes in neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with various learning, socio-emotional, and behavioral difficulties. Dr. Coman has conducted research that has examined the impact of particular school factors (e.g., teacher commitment and burnout) on both the implementation of classroom-based treatments and outcomes of particular student populations. His work has been published in some of the nation’s top psychology journals and presented at conferences both nationally and internationally.
Jonathan Redden
Mr. Redden is the principal of Cunningham Elementary School since 2012. Mr. Redden was principal at the William W. Henderson Inclusion Elementary School in Boston and was a general and special education teacher at the Richard J. Murphy School in Boston for five years. Mr. Redden has a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College, a Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts and Master’s degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration. In 2016, Cunningham School has 497 students, is part of The Milton Public Schools and is ranked better than 77.5% of elementary schools in Massachusetts.
Natasha Minsky
Ms. Minsky is a business strategy and operational excellence leader with 20 years of cross-functional finance, strategy consulting and operational effectiveness experiences leading large scale initiatives, driving business transformation and developing talent. Natasha is a Vice President, Specialty Lending Programs for NBT Bancorp Inc. a full-service community bank with over 155 locations in six states with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Natasha earned Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute, Masters of Business Administration from Babson College and Bachelor of Arts from Kiev State Economics University.
